At KDIMZ, your satisfaction is our priority. As our products are fulfilled through a third-party supplier, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, eligible issues are resolved through a refund or resend. Please read the following policy carefully.

Eligibility Window

All dispute requests must be submitted within 30 days of order completion. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

What Qualifies for a Refund or Resend

You may be eligible for a refund or resend if:

  • Your order was not received within the estimated delivery window
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item has a quality defect
  • Your order experienced a significant logistics delay beyond the promised timeframe

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a dispute, please email us at info@kdimz.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence — required for damaged, wrong, or quality-related claims

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or resend:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size/color ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery

Refund Processing Time

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Resend Policy

In cases where a resend is the agreed resolution, the replacement item will be dispatched using the same shipping method as the original order. Estimated delivery times apply.
