We ship worldwide! We currently deliver to the UAE and over 38 countries internationally, including the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and more.

Returns, Refunds & Resends

What is your return and refund policy?

As our products are fulfilled through a third-party supplier, we do not accept physical returns. Instead, we resolve eligible issues through a refund or resend, depending on the situation. All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of order completion.

What qualifies for a refund or resend?

How do I submit a claim?

What is not covered?

We are unable to process claims for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by customs clearance

When will I receive my refund?

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
